The Loft

On 15 May 2026, Alex Wann will play a set at The Loft in Amsterdam that encapsulates his trajectory from Parisian hip-hop booths to the international house scene. The DJ and producer moves between Afro house, deep house and melodic house: percussive patterns, direct melodies and a clear place for vocals. His name spread more widely in 2023 with “Milkshake,” his take on Kelis—first a club favorite and later officially released. Since then he’s followed with remixes and original tracks, such as a version of Beyond Us by Adriatique & Eynka, My Love by Route 94 & Jess Glynne, as well as Set Me Free, Cash Only and the EP Haze.

On stage Wann keeps his focus on the dancefloor: layers of percussion, warm synth lines and hooks that unfold step by step. He switches between hypnotic passages and more immediate house moments without letting go of the groove. After sets across Europe, the US and Africa, he brings that approach to The Loft for an evening where his club instinct meets Afro influences and a sense of melody that keeps the room moving.
