Booka Shade bring their live show to Button Factory, Dublin on Saturday 11 July 2026. The Frankfurt-born, Berlin-based duo of Walter Merziger and Arno Kammermeier have shaped a lean, melodic take on house and tech house since the early 2000s, co-founding Get Physical Music with M.A.N.D.Y. and DJ T. Their path runs from the hypnotic pulse of Memento and Movements—home to Body Language and In White Rooms—to more song-led explorations, before circling back to club-focused material on Cut The Strings and Dear Future Self.

On stage, they strip tracks to the essentials and rebuild them in real time: elastic basslines, crisp percussion and airy synth layers stitched into long, flowing transitions. The set blends reworked classics with newer cuts, balancing tension and melody with a clear feel for the dancefloor. Merziger and Kammermeier’s interplay—synths, drum triggers and live arrangement—keeps the performance tactile and responsive, giving familiar tunes fresh contours while pushing their recent productions into sharper relief. A focused, hardware-driven session from a duo who know how to turn studio precision into a living, breathing show at Button Factory.
