Melbourne-based producer and DJ Restricted, aka Rhys Sfyrios, brings his hybrid club sound to Index, Dublin, on 5 June 2026. Emerging in the late 2010s with a run of online edits and bootlegs, he shaped a style at the crossroads of tech house, bass house and a UK garage edge: rolling basslines, pitched vocals and lean, club-focused structures. Early releases landed on digital-first dance labels, while his SoundCloud and streaming presence pushed unofficial remixes, alternate versions and originals that moved quickly through social networks and DJ playlists.

On stage, Restricted folds his own productions into a selection of contemporary house and tech house, keeping the room in motion with quick transitions and stepwise rhythmic builds that sit well on big systems. Since the early 2020s he has gone from Australian club circuits to festival and club dates across Europe and North America, carrying a toolbox approach to edits and versions that adapts to the crowd. A set rooted in groove and low-end drive, engineered for the late-night energy of the dancefloor at Index.
