Holy Holy brings The Final Tour: A Celebration of Bowie to The Academy, Dublin, on 28 September 2026. At the core are Bowie alumni Woody Woodmansey and Tony Visconti, joined by Glenn Gregory on lead vocals and a band assembled for this repertoire. Woodmansey, Bowie’s drummer with the Spiders from Mars, drives the groove; Visconti, longtime producer and collaborator, shapes arrangements with the detail of someone who knows these tracks from the inside. Gregory takes the songs head-on, carrying the melodies and phrasing across decades of material.
The set draws from the period they lived alongside Bowie, focusing on the early 70s catalogue that mixed heavy riffs, acoustic turns and art-rock tension. Deep cuts sit next to the staples, with tight vocal blends, analog-leaning keys and guitar lines that keep close to the studio DNA while opening out on stage. It’s less tribute than reconstruction by musicians who were there, played with clarity and pulse.
For this Final Tour, Holy Holy folds years of road-tested experience into a concentrated show, celebrating the writing, textures and ideas that marked Bowie’s formative era. A closing chapter for a project rooted at the source.
