South London-born, now Atlanta-based, Jacob Allen aka Puma Blue brings the Croak Dream Tour to Porgy & Bess in Vienna on 16 May 2026. First noticed with the EPs Swum Baby (2017) and Blood Loss (2018), he deepened his palette with the debut album In Praise of Shadows (2021) and the companion live film A Late Night Special. On stage, his light, floating voice hovers over guitar-led arrangements that leave space and silence to breathe. With a close-knit band, he builds slow, patient arcs, folding in moments of improvisation and a rougher grain.
Holy Waters (2023) opened a more collective, meditative chapter around loss and renewal, while antichamber (2025) pared things back to a minimal, intimate core. The set draws from across these phases, where dream and melancholy meet, and songs are stretched, stripped and reshaped on the spot.
