On Thursday 13 August, DARKSIDE, the project of Nicolas Jaar and Dave Harrington, stretches electronic loops and psychedelic guitars into an organic live performance. The Divine Comedy pairs hushed songwriting with finely honed arrangements. Peaches revives a confrontational electroclash. Cate Le Bon unfolds oblique, pared-down pop. DITZ pushes a post‑punk wall of sound, Smerz delivers minimalist pop songs, and Horsegirl bridges shoegaze and Chicago indie.
On Friday 14 August, Mogwai lays down its instrumental textures and post‑rock crescendos. Baxter Dury continues his talk‑sung delivery over synthetic grooves.
