Julian Fijma, born in Enkhuizen and now based in Hoorn, distills a modern house approach that leans minimal and deep-tech: firm basslines, crisp synths and supple rhythms, arranged for gradual tension and clear flow in the mix. Emerging in the early 2020s through singles and EPs circulating on the club circuit, his productions slot naturally into DJ sets without chasing the big effect, with support from East End Dubs, Chris Stussy, Josh Baker and Enzo Siragusa anchoring him in today’s European network.
M-High joins the bill, while Pirate Copy adds a tech house edge. Together they sketch a line from dry, rolling grooves to more direct club tools, keeping the focus on movement, space and that steady push that holds a floor.
