Hailing from Finland, Atlas is a distinctly Nordic modern metal band. Since forming in 2015, both the band’s sound and visual universe have evolved into a fusion of crushing heaviness and captivating vulnerability. After years of hard work, the band has settled on its definitive lineup, made up of members who have devoted their lives and energy to music. Over the course of a decade, Atlas’s sound has developed and been refined into what it is today: a blend of genres and sonic influences.
The band has toured across Europe alongside acts such as Orbit Culture, Caligula’s Horse, Monuments, VOLA, Adept, Electric Callboy, Kadinja and We Butter The Bread With Butter. Atlas has also shared the bill with dozens of bands at numerous European festivals. With their new album Sunder (February 2026), Atlas marks a return: a successor to their albums Primitive (2018) and Ukko (2021).
