Under this moniker, Marseille producer and multi-instrumentalist Simon Henner shapes a sound where synth-pop hooks meet slow-house swing, motorik pulses and a cinematic edge. Mostly instrumental yet arranged with a pop sense of build and release, his tracks move from intimate arpeggios to broad synth layers and tight drum patterns, always with a clear melodic line.

On stage, French 79 treats the set like a bridge between concert and club: analog keys, sequencers and drum machines talking in real time, grooves locked but flexible, crescendos that rise without rushing.
