At the crossroads of Paris and Rio, Gildaa, the stage alter ego of actress, performer and musician Camille Constantin da Silva, will unpack her bags on May 6, 2026 at La Ferme du Buisson in Noisiel. Chanson, jazz, baile funk and poetry rub up against each other there with no hierarchy, in a bilingual French/Portuguese set that plays on the tension between gentleness and directness. A whimsical yet precise character, Gildaa explores today’s contradictions: laughter and tears, feminism and witchcraft, legacies and possible futures. On stage, the voice leads the dance, navigating between melodies, spoken phrasing and percussive pulses, while the body extends the message through gestures and discreet rituals. The concert unfolds in tableaux, like short stories that intersect, where humour and gravity both find their place. Gildaa thus opens up a sensitive and political space, at once danceable and attentive to words.
