On 29 November 2026 at the Zénith Sud in Montpellier, Éric Serra presents live the themes that shaped his signature as a composer and multi-instrumentalist. On stage he puts his bass front and center, lets synths, electronic textures and organic percussion interact, and rearranges his music for a band format conceived for the concert.

On the program: a journey through several decades of cinema — the electric atmospheres of Subway, the nervous tension of Nikita, the intimacy of Léon, the sweeping oceanic lines of The Big Blue, the futuristic thrust of The Fifth Element, and not forgetting GoldenEye for James Bond. Each piece takes on a different dynamic in its live version, with motifs that stretch, layers that thicken, and breaths that allow the melody to speak.

True to his hybrid approach, Serra blends electronic pulses, organic tones and instantly recognizable themes. Between driving rhythmic energy and more suspended moments, this set delivers a direct, sensory reading of his repertoire, at the crossroads of film music and an instrumental concert crafted for the stage.
