Marina Fages en Barcelona

Marina Fages arrives from Buenos Aires with a background that pushes punk into experimental territories. Her sound crosses hardcore punk, South American folk and layers of noisy textures that open up broader sonic landscapes. Live, the band articulates tense riffs, urgent rhythms and vocal work that alternates spare melodies with near-spoken lines, while the guitars move from frontal attack to drones and delays. There are also hints of a distorted electric zamba, fast drum strikes and sustained passages that play with live dynamics without losing the punk pulse.

On April 22, 2026, at La Nau in Barcelona, they will present new material from their forthcoming album, currently being recorded, as part of a tour across Europe, Latin America and the United States. The set will feature unreleased tracks alongside pieces from previous records, with arrangements that fluctuate between songcraft and noise. The proposal focuses on the group’s raw energy and the exploration of timbres that coexist without hierarchy: distortion, dry percussion, vocals up front and a tension built in layers, between bursts and measured silences.
