Public Image Ltd. arrives in Barcelona with This Is Not The Last Tour and its characteristic blend of post‑punk, dub and noise. John Lydon leads the way, his rough voice and phrasing somewhere between spoken word and a shout; beside him, a dense rhythm section and dry guitars, with room for experimentation. Live, PIL works with repetition, raises the tension measure by measure and lets the bass set the pulse while bursts of dissonance erupt. The tension lies in the contrast: groove and friction, minimalism and frontal impact.
On 29 May 2026 at Sala Razzmatazz in Barcelona, the band places the emphasis on texture and dynamics, opening and closing spaces, stretching motifs and imposing order on chaos with shifts of focus between voice and rhythm.
