Info

On November 8, 2026, at Madrid’s Palacio Vistalegre Arena, Joe Bonamassa presents his Europe Tour 2026. A guitarist and singer born in New Hartford, New York, in 1977, he was seasoned early: at 12 he shared the stage with B.B. King and shortly thereafter played with Bloodline. Since his solo debut with A New Day Yesterday (2000), he has released a steady stream of studio and live albums such as Blues Deluxe, The Ballad of John Henry, Dust Bowl, Different Shades of Blue, Blues of Desperation, and Royal Tea.

Live, his sound is electric blues rock threaded with British blues, 1970s hard rock, and touches of soul and folk. Songs are built on dense riffs with room for extended instrumental passages, featuring a guitar that commands attention without losing the melody. On this tour he alternates key pieces from his repertoire with more recent material and occasional reinterpretations, supported by a band that shapes dynamics and fosters a dialogue between voice and six-string.

Aside from his solo career, Bonamassa has been a member of the supergroup Black Country Communion and has recorded several albums of covers with Beth Hart—references that also show in his approach to the stage. In Madrid he arrives with an arena-sized set, guitar front and center and blues rock as the guiding thread.
