Balu Brigada bring their indie rock and alt-pop blend to Vega in Copenhagen on 20 April 2026. Formed in Auckland by brothers Henry and Pierre Beasley, the duo have built a catalog shaped by early signings with Atlantic and Warner Music Australia, two EPs — I Should Be Home (2022) and Find a Way (2023) — and a debut album, Portal, released in August 2025. On stage, they draw from Portal alongside the singles that marked their route: Designer, Backseat, Politix, Sideways and others, switching between guitars, synths and vocals. Their recent tours across North America and Europe feed into a set that moves between groove-led tracks and spare, guitar-driven cuts, keeping a steady melodic line at the center. The show maps their trajectory from first releases to the current album cycle, with arrangements built for the room while staying close to the songwriting that defined their start.
