On March 14, 2026, at La Petite Halle de la Villette, GROWL! takes the stage in living-lab mode. Born from a sustained jam at Studio Pigalle, the project delivers a hybrid trance where funk, hip hop and electronic meet with no safety net. On the bill: a set designed for dancing, plenty of room for improvisation, and rhymes honed for the streets, just ahead of the release of their debut album scheduled for this year.

On keyboards and machines, Hervé Salters (General Elektriks) lays down nervous motifs and synth lines that drive things forward. On drums and percussion, Cyril Atef (Bumcello/Papatef) keeps the grooves spinning, moving from tight breaks to more tribal pulses and feeding the real-time exchange. On the mics, Leeroy (formerly of Saian Supa Crew) delivers a precise, playful phrasing, while Lateef the Truthspeaker (Blackalicious/DJ Shadow), a Bay Area MC, anchors it all with a wide, musical flow. Together they open up the space: tracks that mutate, razor-sharp transitions, call-and-response, and that raw energy that pushes the room into motion. GROWL PARTY, live and without unnecessary frills.
