Info
Arkansas-born singer-songwriter Waylon Wyatt brings his Everywhere Under The Sun tour to Kelowna Community Theatre in Kelowna on July 4, 2026. Writing since childhood and shaped by the loss of his musician brother, he blends country with red dirt, folk and americana, relying on plainspoken lyrics and uncluttered, acoustic textures. His breakout track Everything Under the Sun first put him on the map online, leading to his debut EP Til the Sun Goes Down in 2024 and the follow-up Out of the Blue in 2025.
On stage, Wyatt keeps the focus on voice and guitar, opening the sound at times with a tight band. The set draws on Arkansas Diamond, Phoning Heaven and other cuts from both EPs, alongside the viral single and newer songs written on the road. Themes circle family, faith and everyday details picked up between towns, carried by steady grooves, gentle shuffles and room for silence.
Raised on Tyler Childers and Hank Williams as much as Johnny Cash and Turnpike Troubadours, he threads those influences without pastiche, favoring direct melodies and a conversational tone. In Kelowna, expect an intimate, text-forward show that follows the arc of a young writer finding his footing from one night to the next.
