On 10 April 2026 at 21h59 at OHM, Pain Management returns to Berlin with its first function of 2026.
We welcome DJ Lag for his first Berlin appearance in several years. The Durban-born producer and DJ’s sets and productions are disciplined yet volatile, merging township energy with a minimalist, futurist approach. This is system music focused on essential dance components.
We’re also joined by Short Attention Span founder alys(alys)alys. The Berlin-via-Brazil artist is known for a playful fusion of pop-cultural references and rapid-fire genre shifts. She highlights South American sounds filtered through left-field club abstraction, blending baile funk, slo-mo cumbia, queer anthems and system weight.
Closing is Bruce (Hessle Audio/Timedance/Poorly Knit), joining Significant Other for an extended back-to-back. Two long-time friends explore experimental electronics with offbeat selections, ranging from murder ballads to tape experiments, screwed dancehall, krautrock, fourth world selections and 12"s from the technoid spectrum’s T++ end. The pair take sunrise duties.
