On 20 November 2026 Jack and the Weatherman will perform at SPOT/De Oosterpoort in Groningen. The Dutch acoustic duo builds its songs around bright guitars, light rhythms and two-part vocal harmonies. Their pop-folk moves between intimate ballads, livelier tracks and songs with a touch of reggae and contemporary pop. The lyrics stay close to everyday life: travel, friendship, ordinary scenes and a down-to-earth form of optimism. The arrangements are spare and let the voices breathe. Live they seek a balance between intimacy and momentum: compact grooves, acoustic parts that complement one another and choruses that open up naturally, without fanfare. The set revolves around songs, dynamics and interplay; the duo keeps things light and direct, with enough shifts to carry the audience along without forcing it.
