Info
On July 12, 2026, at Rogers Forum in Abbotsford, Koe Wetzel brings The Night Champion Tour. Born in Pittsburg, Texas in 1992, Wetzel fuses Texas country with alt‑rock and a grunge tint. From the early days with Koe Wetzel & the Konvicts through the independent releases Out on Parole and Noise Complaint, he has shaped a sound built on overdriven guitars, a rough‑edged voice and plainspoken lyrics rooted in small‑town life, college years and messy relationships. Harold Saul High tightened the rock thread, Sellout pushed his country writing up against bigger alternative riffs, and Hell Paso made the mix heavier without losing the everyday stories at the core. On stage, that blend leans into loud guitars and tight, narrative hooks.
Bayker Blankenship opens with contemporary country cut by pop and rock lines. Raised in Livingston, Tennessee, he writes in a direct, conversational style about early adulthood, tight budgets and local horizons. The track Maxed Out carried him beyond his hometown, and the 2024 EP Younger Years gathers songs about first loves and choices that set the next step.
