Info
Mumford & Sons bring the Prizefighter Tour to Rogers Arena in Vancouver on June 3, 2026. Formed in London in 2007, the band first carved out a folk rock sound built on acoustic guitars, banjo, double bass, dry percussion and tight harmonies, as heard on Sigh No More and Babel. On stage, that base widens: collective arrangements and steady climbs sit next to the electric turn taken on Wilder Mind, the collaborative detour of the Johannesburg EP, and the more atmospheric blend explored on Delta. The set moves between intimate strums, denser rock textures and clear melodic lines, with Marcus Mumford’s voice leading the way.
Also on the bill, Sierra Ferrell brings another shade of roots music. Raised in West Virginia and now based in Nashville, she threads country, old-time folk, bluegrass and touches of jazz and swing, favoring acoustic timbres and classic song forms. After busking and touring widely, she released Long Time Coming in 2021 on Rounder Records, followed in 2024 by Trail of Flowers. Her songs range from unhurried ballads and waltzes to brisk, fiddle-led tunes, a contrast that sits well alongside Mumford & Sons’ mix of acoustic and electric colors.
