Ultra Vomit arrive at the Zénith d’Auvergne in Cournon-d’Auvergne on November 7, 2026 with their brand of metal that bends the rules without giving up the riffs. Formed in Nantes, the four-piece blends death, grind and heavy metal, dropping gags like others drop breakdowns. On the bill are new tracks from their fourth album, Le Pouvoir de la Puissance (The Power of Power), alongside the songs that have been shaking the pits since Panzer Surprise!: rapid-fire pastiches, pop-culture nods, sudden style switches and choruses that stick in your head despite the blasts. On stage the band alternates growls, screams and clean vocals, shifts from punk-speed accelerations to heavier, weighty sections, and pushes the nonsense all the way to effectiveness. Regulars at festivals and large venues, the Nantes outfit play for intimacy as much as for sheer volume, with a set designed to provoke smiles as readily as headbanging.
