On April 4, 2026, Alkpote takes over La Machine du Moulin Rouge. The rapper from Évry, who emerged in the early 2000s, has forged a hardcore universe where ego-trip, raw imagery and a deeply rooted dark humour shape his writing. On stage, his coded lyrics and precise flow play with film and literary references, in a direct face-to-face with the audience.
On the bill is a journey that draws from his different eras: from his solo beginnings marked by Les Marches de l’empire to the darker textures refined on Inferno, Monument or Ogre. The productions lean toward trap, the bass tightens the tempo, and Alkpote strings together technical passages and punchy lines, true to his very personal way of twisting language.
A return to the essentials of Alkpote’s rap: performance, subverted codes and an assured irony, for a set that blends classics and new material without releasing the tension.
