Sunday, 7 June 2026 at Le Ferrailleur, Nantes, Frozen Fest presents a day of nocturnal synths, ceremonial doom and post‑punk tensions.
ALT236 weaves an ambient synthwave with retro‑futuristic hues, where vaporous pads and minimal pulses create a soundtrack‑like atmosphere. An instrumental set built on the slow rise of textures and the play of contrasts.
Wyatt E., a Belgian outfit, shapes slow doom nourished by motifs inspired by the ancient Near East. Long, almost instrumental pieces, massive riffs and stretched tempos for a narrative that takes its time.
Iskandr arrives from the Netherlands with a fusion of doom and psychedelic folk. Hazy guitars, distant vocals and repetitive motifs sketch dark, inhabited landscapes.
Wormsand, a French trio, moves through stoner doom with a very pronounced low end. Slow rhythms, thick saturation and extended progressions, with vocals that shift from clean to rasping.
Nuits Blanches carries the post‑punk and Oi side. Tense bass lines, dry guitars and direct vocals shape compact, no‑frills songs.
