Info

Staind brings the Break the Cycle 25th Anniversary Tour to RBC Amphitheatre, 909 Lake Shore Boulevard West, Toronto, on September 21, 2026. Formed in Springfield in 1995, the band moves between alternative metal, nu metal and post-grunge, led by Aaron Lewis’s dark, melodic voice and Mike Mushok’s taut guitars. Break the Cycle (2001) marked a turn toward a more melodic sound, with introspective lyrics about personal flaws and family tensions. From Chapter V to Confessions of the Fallen (2023), Staind continues along that line, balancing heavy riffs and measured choruses.

Seether, born in Pretoria in the late 1990s before relocating to the United States, carves out a path between post-grunge, hard rock and alternative metal. Centered on Shaun Morgan and Dale Stewart, the band alternates saturated guitars and straightforward melodies, from Disclaimer and Karma and Effect to Si Vis Pacem, Para Bellum, with lyrics focused on the personal and intimate.

Hoobastank, hailing from Agoura Hills, blends alternative rock with a post-grunge legacy. From their edgier early work to The Reason, the band refined a crisp guitar style and clear choruses, driven by Doug Robb, Dan Estrin and Chris Hesse, and joined by Jesse Charland on bass.

Hinder opens a post-grunge and hard rock front with glam touches and solid ballads. From Extreme Behavior to The Reign, the group led by Cody Hanson and Joe Garvey has maintained direct songwriting, with Marshall Dutton handling lead vocals since 2015.
