Garou

On January 21, 2027, Garou presents Garou solo at La Maison du Peuple Belfort, in Belfort. In April 2025 he released Un meilleur lendemain, his first album entirely written and composed by him. Ten tracks conceived for the stage that open a new chapter and set the tone for this engagement.

Alone on stage, with piano and guitar slung over his shoulder, he shapes his songs using loops, textures and a few electronic tools. The show moves through a cinematic and theatrical universe in which storytelling has its place. After years of sonic experimentation in his studio, he reaches a concise and direct form, closest to the voice and the words.

The concert unfolds a retrospective that is as autobiographical as it is eclectic. Garou recounts the turns of a life on the road, moments of solitude in the heart of nature, steadfast friendships and the love that surrounds him. He revisits more than thirty years of his career, blends his classics with his new pieces, and offers an intimate reading of his repertoire, supported by a scenography composed entirely of images.
