Rage Sacrée #2 returns to Petit Bain on March 28, 2026 for J2 (Day Two), a program that links heritage and contemporary scenes through trance, rituals and experimentation.
Hatis Noit unfolds a singular vocal territory, between traditional Japanese singing, Gregorian chant, Bulgarian polyphonies and opera. Alone with her voice, she layers breaths, cries and whispers to compose pieces on the border between melody, texture and ritual gesture, in the lineage of her releases on Erased Tapes.
Saint Abdullah, the project of Iranian‑Canadian brothers Mehrabani‑Yeganeh based in New York, works with a collage of family archives, captured voices and abstract dub. In collaboration with Eomac, their live performance crosses ambient, noise and raw pulses, set against a diasporic history constantly being rearranged.
Based in Belgium, Use Knife plays tense, dark electronics nourished by industrial rhythms, repetitive motifs and Arabic vocals that push the melody toward trance, somewhere between post‑punk and club.
Also on the bill: Gaia Banfi, RUN and MC Ker·6, with more to be announced. This J2 embodies the spirit of Rage Sacrée: a plunge at the intersection of traditional music, pop and sonic experimentation, celebrating renewal at the spring equinox.
