Ashnikko brings the Smoochies Tour to Montréal, at MTELUS on May 19, 2026. Born in North Carolina and shaped between the Baltics and London, Ashton Nicole Casey has built a hybrid sound where pop‑rap, alt hip‑hop and electronic pop meet with a punk streak. First noticed online in the mid‑2010s, she grounded that early buzz with the EPs Sass Pancakes (2017) and Unlikeable (2018).
The mixtape Hi, It’s Me (2019) set the tone: sharp flows, melodic hooks and straight‑talk lyrics around gender, power and toxic dynamics, with STUPID featuring Yung Baby Tate spreading fast across platforms. Debut album Demidevil (2021) connected her to a scene mixing experimental rap, hyperpop and internet culture, with collaborations like Grimes on Cry and Princess Nokia on Slumber Party. In 2023, WEEDKILLER pushed a cyber, fantastical palette further, blending industrial textures, bright choruses and a raw rock edge.
