Peet

Spotted on the new Belgian scene, Peet is forging his path between rap and finely crafted melodies. A lyricist, singer and beatmaker, he first made a name for himself with the collective Le 77 before establishing a solo voice marked by intimate, direct writing inspired by everyday stories. With Joyboy, his album released on 27 February 2026, he returns to his love of instruments and delivers more organic tracks that blend jazzy hues with soul and funk touches and a brighter pop aesthetic. On stage, accompanied by sympathetic musicians, he lets the arrangements breathe and highlights the groove without losing sight of the lyrics. The songs probe doubts, relationships with loved ones, the ups and downs of life as an artist and ways of holding on, always with candor and simplicity. Peet, also known as Dr. Peet, will present these new songs alongside his classics on 25 April 2026 at Le Gueulard Plus in Nilvange, for a live show that puts the music at the center and recounts a very personal journey between urban wanderings and a longing for open air.
