Instrumental #3 takes place at Le Kilowatt in Vitry-sur-Seine on May 29, 2026. Two stages, Oasis and Chap, make up a 100% live bill where techno, bass music, trance, improvised electro and dub intersect. The evening brings together established artists and emerging projects, all united around instrumental performance.
Hilight Tribe leads the bill with their Natural Trance performed by the full lineup. Guitars, keyboards, percussion and ethnic instruments interlock into hypnotic cycles, alternating tribal breaks and psy accelerations to produce an organic trance driven by collective playing.
Spoink, a quartet from eastern Paris, makes improvisation its engine. Drums, keyboards, wind instruments and machines intertwine in spontaneous electro that bounces, veers and blends acoustic textures with electronic processing.
Purrsuit presents a techno-rock trio with a background in jazz. Psychedelic guitar, bass and drums draw on the codes of psytrance and techno while preserving the energy of a live band.
BANDi!, formerly Bandikoot in Dub, delivers a mobile, playful live set. Between melodica, didgeridoo and theremin, they move from a pronounced dub base toward hip hop and drum’n’bass turns, with a contemporary electro-dub sheen.
Roots Zombie functions like an organic four-piece DJ set. Tracks are built live through soundpainting, groove after groove, with forms that reinvent themselves as the performance unfolds.
I Roots fuses reggae dub and organic trance in a trance-steppa vein. A solid kick-bass, psychedelic textures and melodic riffs chart a continuous course from one piece to the next.
