Sniper

Sniper, a landmark French rap group born in 1997 in the Val-d’Oise, formed around Aketo, Tunisiano, Blacko and DJ Boudj. Soon the quartet imposed a precise style of writing, drawn from everyday life in the housing estates and a forthright social perspective. Du rire aux larmes (2001), Gravé dans la roche (2003) and Trait pour trait (2006) laid the foundations of a discography defined by lyrics carved to tell the realities of life and an unadorned delivery.

On 12 and 13 December 2026 at the Élysée Montmartre in Paris, Aketo and Tunisiano bring Sniper back to the stage in a duo format. The programme: revive the classics, unveil new tracks and reaffirm a voice that continues to challenge the times. This tighter configuration goes straight to the point, emphasizing the lyrics, the energy and direct dialogue with the audience. Between reinterpreted signature songs and unreleased material, the evenings promise to be an organic update of a repertoire that remains alive, continuing the story where it is best made—on stage.
