Info

Sting returns to the Théâtre Antique de Vienne in Vienne on Tuesday, 28 July 2026 with STING 3.0, a trio format that runs through his repertoire, from The Police to his solo albums. A singer, bassist and songwriter, he has built a body of work where rock, pop and jazz, reggae and folk influences meet. This tour refocuses the songs and arrangements on the essentials, with a tightened lineup designed for the stage.

At his side are longtime collaborator Dominic Miller on guitar and Chris Maas on drums (Mumford & Sons, Maggie Rogers). Together they revisit well‑known songs and rarer tracks, highlighting the group’s chemistry and Sting’s songwriting. The trio will also perform “I Wrote Your Name (Upon My Heart),” released in 2024 on Cherrytree Music Company/Interscope Records, which opens a new chapter in his sonic approach. It’s an occasion to rediscover these songs up close, in the acoustics of the Théâtre Antique de Vienne.
