Sofia Isella

At 20, American Sofia Isella is forging a distinctive path: a violinist trained in classical music, songwriter, producer and poet, she combines candid writing with a contemporary imagination. Her touchstones range from Trent Reznor and Beck to Sylvia Plath, Margaret Atwood and Anne Sexton — a palette that feeds songs where intensity meets precise, measured poetry.

In 2025 she followed with releases that laid the groundwork: Dog’s Dinner in January, then the EP I’m camera . in May, marked by experimentation and an introspective perspective, including “Crowd Caffeine,” a track that examines the relationship between humanity and artificial intelligence. In September came “Out in the Garden,” a single accompanied by a lyrical video that highlights her taste for sensitive narratives and contrasting textures.

On stage, she has opened for Tom Odell, Melanie Martinez and Taylor Swift, and made her French debut at the Rock en Seine festival. Next stop: L’Elysée Montmartre in Paris on 27 May 2026, for her first headlining concert in France.
