Info
Jeanfi Janssens arrives in Rennes with Tombé du ciel, a one-man show carved out of real life. A former flight attendant, he turns his years at 10,000 meters into material for stories: cabin announcements, hurried passengers, layovers that go awry and the crew’s behind-the-scenes. He moves between economy and business class, talks about jet lag, fear of flying and those work details that end up becoming little life scenes. As the show unfolds, he also touches down on the ground, toward family and friends, observing small habits, everyday struggles and the returns to earth after long-haul flights.
His writing relies on rhythm, self-mockery and an eye for detail, without going overboard. With accent, timing and a sharp sense of the punchline, he strings together anecdotes and paints portraits that feel instantly familiar. Tombé du ciel is the view of an aviation pro on everyday life—between airplane windows and airport halls—but above all a portrait of what connects us when we live at full speed. Catch it at Le Liberté Rennes on October 15, 2026.
