Les Colocs

Info

Performed for more than twenty years, the comedy Les Colocs returns with its trio of endearing characters. On April 24, 2026, the company takes the stage at Théâtre à l’Ouest Rouen, in Rouen. The play follows Robert, a slacker with unabashedly relaxed manners, and Jano, a shy man with a strong Southern accent, who have come up to Paris to become actors. Broke, the duo look for a flatshare and, why not, a little help from fate. That’s when Jean-Phil, a Parisian from the Marais, arrives and throws their plan into disarray. Between misunderstandings and verbal sparring, the daily life of these three roommates takes unexpected turns, in the spirit of boulevard café-theatre.

Written by Jean Heredia, Patrick Hernandez and Robert Punzano, the piece is directed by Jean Heredia. On stage, depending on the casting, Jean Heredia or Cyril Rosique, Fabien Lascombe or Vincent Desprat, together with Martin Magli, portray this trio—slightly out of sync but always on the move. Tightly honed dialogue, a brisk pace and a taste for offbeat humour make up the signature of a show that rests on the performers’ energy and the well-oiled mechanics of misunderstanding.
