Thibault Cauvin sets his classical guitar down at the Opéra de Reims in Reims on April 24, 2026, for a concert conceived around his new artistic chapter: an album of original works and a tour that emphasizes attentive listening, lighting and precise staging. On stage, he pairs his playing with a few spoken words, opens his pieces to intersections between eras and influences, and fosters the closeness he has cultivated since the start of his career.

A winner of 36 international awards, the French guitarist has toured 130 countries and broadened the spectrum of the classical guitar, driven by an energy inherited from rock and by collaborations, including a recent duo with -M-. This freedom nourishes concerts where technique gives way to narrative and to the present moment. With the release of his first novel, Alter Ego, he enters a more personal phase and unveils a new repertoire composed for this venture, ranging from intimate pieces to more open passages, all crafted for the stage.
