The Notwist

The Notwist returns to the stage. Since 1989, the German band has explored a distinctive territory between indie rock, electronica, touches of jazz and krautrock pulses—somewhere between the intimate and the hypnotic. From rougher beginnings to Neon Golden, and then Vertigo Days in 2021, the group has woven a language in which guitars, keyboards, clarinets, samples and loops fit together naturally. Spring 2026 will see the release of a freshly recorded new album on Morr Music, which the band will present on a European tour in April and May 2026.

In Paris, they are scheduled to perform on 24 April 2026 at the Trabendo, where they will present these new tracks alongside standout pieces from their catalogue. Minimalist grooves, supple rhythms, hushed vocals, melodies that unfold slowly: The Notwist bring this together by pairing electronic pulses with organic textures. The set is conceived as a journey through their discography, balancing gentle tension and pop surges, in a club format that leaves room for nuance and breathing space.
