Julien Santini invites you to a stand-up that happily veers into the absurd. A French comedian, he moves with freedom, blending personal anecdotes, improvisation and a taste for the offbeat. He plays with silences and abrupt breaks, multiplies red herrings, and shifts from confiding asides to verbal pirouettes with ease. On June 19, 2026, at the Théâtre de la Gaîté Montparnasse in Paris, he presents a show that is written in the present, through interaction with the audience. It features sketched characters, everyday scenes pulled out thread by thread, and a penchant for pushing a detail right to the tipping point. A relaxed rhythm, crisp language, and an acknowledged place for the unexpected make this moment a playground where you never quite know what you’re stepping into—and that’s where it becomes interesting.
