Self-taught rapper, singer-songwriter and beatmaker, Danyl started producing early both for himself and for others. Among the first in France to create tracks live on Twitch, he has developed a live practice in which composition is created on the spot. Franco-Algerian, he draws on raï sonorities to feed a rap and productions shaped by his dual culture and his era. He groups his series of tracks under the name Khedma — “the work” in Arabic — as a way of embracing a process in motion. His debut album is expected in the autumn.
On 27 March 2026 at Espace Julien in Marseille, Danyl presents on stage this blend of electronic textures, raï rhythms and rap writing. Between machines, samples and voice, he composes, links and alters things live, as in the studio but in front of an audience. It’s a creation-focused format, where performance merges with production and where Khedma takes shape in real time.
