Bertrand Belin

Bertrand Belin returns to the stage with a new album that broadens his sonic playground. The piano occupies a prominent place on several tracks, threading its way between electronic textures, guitars and drums, all rearranged in a more stripped-back light. Strings emerge in touches, lifting the harmony and carrying the voice toward shifting atmospheres. The horizon runs from earth to sky, and the back-and-forth courses through these songs without unnecessary effects. Lyrically, Belin sticks to the essentials: our place, our perspectives, our movements, our loves, our attentions, our impulses, our fears and our questions. He sings more, lets his ample prose breathe, and his minimalism—always paradoxical—branches into new forms. He will be on stage on 13 November 2026 at La Gare du Midi in Biarritz for a moment where the writing leads the dance and the arrangements open up space without fuss, between restrained pulses, precise textures and silences that matter.
