Jeff Panacloc, a French ventriloquist and comedian, arrives with THE JEFF PANACLOC COMPANY, a show that brings his gallery of characters together in a secret office set. He switches voices on the fly, bounces from one persona to another, and sets up the multi-voiced dialogue that has become his trademark. The puppets follow one another, each with its foibles, obsessions and excesses, painting an acerbic portrait of everyday life. The scenes slide from an overloaded switchboard to a committee going nowhere, from an awkward interview to endless meetings, on a line that flirts with the absurd while staying rooted in reality.
