Jacidorex

Active since the mid-2010s, Jacidorex has established himself as a Brussels-based producer and DJ embedded in the European acid techno, hard techno and rave circuits. Rooted in free party culture and Belgian clubs, he has shaped an aesthetic he calls neoacid, where 1990s-derived acid basslines merge with fast rhythms, industrial textures and dark atmospheres inspired by EBM and contemporary techno. His early releases drew the attention of an audience devoted to warehouse raves and underground nights, leading to regular appearances at clubs and festivals in Belgium, France, Germany and other specialized European scenes. In parallel, he founded the Neoacid label to give structure to this sonic approach and bring together artists who share this sensibility, between acid, hard techno and trance influences. His DJ and live sets alternate between fully crafted tracks and more direct dancefloor tools, with a marked taste for long build-ups, repetitive patterns and abrupt dynamic shifts. Over the years, Jacidorex has consolidated a clearly recognizable identity within the European acid techno landscape while evolving his compositional approach toward more narrative structures.
