On 12 October 2026, Stephan Eicher stops by MAC – Maison des Arts et de la Culture in Créteil for a concert that places at its center what has always been his strength: a song in motion, open, without clear borders. Since his beginnings at the crossroads of punk, new wave and Grauzone’s electronic venture, he has built a repertoire that moves from rock to pop, from folk to more synthetic textures, playing as much with languages as with moods.
On stage, Eicher navigates between songs that have marked his trajectory and newer pieces, with that sense of contrast between electric tension and more intimate passages. His long-running collaboration with Philippe Djian has also left a mark on the way he captures everyday life, melancholy and irony, without overemphasizing it.
