Noé Preszow stops over in Lille, at the Splendid, on 19 February 2027, to perform a Francophone song in which the lyrics take the lead. Brussels-born, he belongs to a Belgian tradition attentive to words, but with a pop energy and guitars that occasionally lean toward restrained rock. He gained wider recognition with the single 'À nous' in 2020, and laid the foundations of his universe on his first album 'À nous' (2021): a voice in the foreground, between singing and almost spoken phrasing, folk-inflected atmospheres, discreet arrangements, and choruses that stay in the mind without forcing. On stage, Noé Preszow walks this tightrope between the intimate and the social, with direct language, sometimes repetitive, that sticks to reality. Expect a concert that leaves room for silences as well as for crescendos, and writing that is lived as much as it is heard.
