On May 19, 2027, at La Maroquinerie, Odezenne presents Programme B, a set that draws widely from its repertoire and its singular writing. An unclassifiable Bordeaux trio, Alix Caillet, Mattia Lucchini, and Jacques Cormary navigate between rap, spoken word, and off-kilter song, with this blend of raw poetry, black humor, and admitted fragility that marks their signature.
On the program, a rapid-fire slate of titles that herald a night with no safe, conventional trajectory: Hardcore, Saxophone, Novembre, Nucléaire, Grande véranda, Bitch, Vodka, Chewing-Gum, Hey Joe, Je veux te baiser, Tempête, Les pissenlits, Garnement, Saint Seiya… From the intimate to the absurd, Odezenne turns words into images and beats into pressure points, for a direct, dense show, where people come as much for the lines as for the energy.
