Gaël Faye returns to the stage with his signature blend of rap, song and spoken word, where the narrative takes as much space as the rhythm. A rapper and writer, he works on precise texts, often from an intimate angle, permeated by memory, exile and heritage, with a musicality that draws as much from urban sounds as from more acoustic tones.
Brought to the attention of a wide audience by his novel Petit Pays, and then established on the musical side with projects such as Pili Pili sur un croissant au beurre and Lundi méchant, he has built a singular, narrative and direct trajectory. This concert is an opportunity to rediscover this writing that tells without posing, carried by a live performance conceived as a journey, between confidences and collective pulses.
