His first new single in seven years, "Vertige du Seum," marks the return of singer-songwriter Tété. Through this song, the singer-songwriter recounts the transformations that follow a breakup; the track captures the emotional vertigo of an over-saturated era — the screaming silence — when the intimate becomes universal. This single inaugurates a new artistic cycle: a free, non‑formatted work that accompanies more than it comments. Because to smile is to hope. For more than twenty-five years, Tété has moved through the times without ever dissolving into them. Folk, blues, pop, electric fables or stripped-back acoustic pieces: he explores without renouncing. He tours the United States, Japan and Canada. He composes for himself and for others. He rejects being boxed in and prefers long trajectories to passing trends. After an acoustic tour in small venues in 2024, he returns in 2026 with concerts that are just as intimate but that carry a solidarity project supporting single mothers.
