The Script bring The Man In The Arena Tour to Glasgow’s OVO Hydro on 13 November 2026. Formed in Dublin, the band moves forward with Danny O’Donoghue and Glen Power at the core, joined by Benjamin Sargeant and Ben Weaver. Their live show threads melodic pop rock with a touch of soul, pulling from the early records through to Satellites (2024). The set balances staples like Breakeven, The Man Who Can’t Be Moved and Hall of Fame with newer material, arranged for arenas without losing a direct, song-first approach. Between piano-led ballads and punchier tracks, the night revisits their catalogue while keeping the focus on writing and performance.
Also on the bill, James Morrison brings a distinctive, slightly husky voice and a catalogue shaped by soul, pop and acoustic folk. He moves between intimate ballads and rhythm-and-blues-leaning numbers, drawing on Undiscovered, Songs for You, Truths for Me and later releases. With guitar and piano at the center, his set keeps the emphasis on melody and delivery, a clear snapshot of his songwriting on stage at the Hydro.
