Getdown Services bring their sly, groove-led post-punk to Concorde 2 in Brighton on 21 November 2026. The Bristol-based duo of Josh Law and Ben Sadler write at home and play it loud on stage, fusing indie rock friction with a dance pulse: clipped drum machines, insistent basslines, guitar or synth stabs, and a spoken-sung delivery that turns everyday scenes and social codes into dry, witty snapshots.

Since their debut album Crisps (2023, Breakfast Records), they’ve refined a lean, repeat-heavy sound built for crowded rooms, followed by the 2024 EP Your Medal’s In The Post. Live, they work tension-and-release grooves and stark breaks, keeping things direct and physical without losing the bite of their words. Along the way they’ve shared bills with Pip Blom, Fat Dog, The Bug Club, Donny Benet and Antony Szmierek, and picked up plays on BBC 6 Music from Craig Charles, Huw Stephens and Cerys Matthews.

At Concorde 2, expect a set that moves fast and stays tight: sharp commentary riding a steady throb between post-punk grit and late-night electronics, tuned for a room ready to move.
