On August 15, 2026 at Beky Bay in Bellaria-Igea Marina, Italy, Litfiba bring the Quarant’anni di 17 RE tour to Rock Beach Festival. Formed in Florence in 1980 around guitarist Ghigo Renzulli and singer Piero Pelù, the band emerged from the Tuscan new wave, fusing dark wave and post‑punk currents with a Mediterranean pulse. This anniversary show turns the spotlight back on 17 Re (1986), a key moment in their early cycle, and reconnects with the charged atmospheres of that period.

The set is built around the textures and tension that defined those years — elastic bass lines, angular guitars, synth swells and Pelù’s phrasing up front — with echoes of the early trilogy that framed 17 Re, from Desaparecido to Litfiba 3. Reunited since 2025 after a farewell run, the group’s historic core revisits that material with the energy of a band that has also known harder contours, from the rock of the 90s era (El diablo, Terremoto, Spirito) to later tours. Four decades on, Litfiba return to the stage with a program that links their Florentine club beginnings to today’s open‑air festivals.
